The new RMIT Harvard EndNote style is called RMIT_Harvard_EndNote (begins with ‘RMIT’). The RMIT_Harvard_EndNote.ens file ensures that all the reference types display correctly within the in-text references and the reference list in accordance with the rules of RMIT Harvard. On a Mac: EndNote 20 > Preferences > Reference Types > select 'RefTypeTableRMITHarvard.xml' file > Open > Save > close 'EndNote Preferences' box by clicking on red dot.

On Windows: Edit > Preferences > Reference Types > Import > select 'RefTypeTableRMITHarvard.xml' file > Open > Apply > OK.

To install XML file, open EndNote Desktop then:.

In step 3, you will need to select this file, so remember where you've saved it.

Select 'Save link as' and save directly to your desktop or your Downloads folder.
